* Gravol (Dimenhydrinate) – An antiemetic medication that may help reduce nausea and vomiting.
* Toradol (Ketorolac) – A prescription pain medication that may be considered for appropriate patients, following assessment of hydration status and kidney function.
* Antioxidant Support – May be included when clinically appropriate as part of an individualized wellness protocol.

Important: IV therapy provides supportive symptom management but does not cure CHS. Stopping cannabis use is essential for lasting recovery. Severe vomiting, dehydration, or abdominal pain may require emergency medical assessment. Medication selection requires appropriate clinical authorization, and some standard anti-nausea medications may be less effective for CHS.
